JMF Body Building Studio has modern plate loaded equipment and free weights for all your strength and fitness training needs.
JMF Body Building specialises in training for people with special needs, including rehabilitation and people who require wheel chair accessible equipment.
JMF Body Building provides weight loss and GI eating programs for energy sustaining work outs.
